Dosch a finalist at Northern State

Former UND assistant coach Tom Dosch is one of four finalists for the Northern State head football coaching position.

Dosch, a former head coach at Jamestown College, has spent the last two seasons on Dale Lennon's staff at Southern Illinois.

There are four finalists for Northern State position. The other finalists are Mike Aldrich, assistant coach at Augustana; Luke Meadows, associate head coach and offensive coordinator at South Dakota State and Matt Entz, assistant head coach and co-defensive coordinator at Winona State.

The four are expected to interview at Northern within the next two weeks.

Northern won only two games in 2009.

  1. They are starting to bail on the screwdriver.

  2. ^^^^^FAIL^^^^^^. What a MORON.

  3. To WOW: Dosch hasn’t been at UND for many years. He was head coach at Jamestown before he went to Souther Illinois. So he isn’t bailing on your so called “screwdriver”. if you don’t know what you are posting about, I suggest you give it a rest.

  4. It would be great if Dosch got on with Northern State. Im sure we will schedule them. That would make a great human interest story and really pump up the interest: “Former UND assistant to face The Screwdriver!” Thats just the sort of promotion the football team needs to get those big crowds.

For a little icing on the cake we could have Dale come back, induct him in the hall of fame and have him shake both coaches hands. Just think what a story that would be for UND athletics and what a jewel in the crown for the Screwdriver!

Lets Go Sioux!! Beat Sioux Falls!!
